The mission of Children’s Resource & Referral of Santa Barbara County is to develop strong and healthy families by providing education, care, and resource systems to children, their parents, and caregivers, with a special emphasis on low income and under-represented children and families.

Offers Child Care Subsidies - Funded by the State of California, this program helps with child care costs reimbursement. It identifies a "need" based on work, school, job seeking, or other activities approved by the California Education Code.

CADA offers multiple levels of service and provides a flexible program that is client centered and designed to address the personalized needs of everyone who seeks our help.
